How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order ?

Please allow up to at least 14 business days to receive your order. Our goal is to provide our customers with their products in a timely manner. Once you place an order with us the processing time for orders is 3-7 business days but it could be longer when we receive a high demand of orders. Shipping days are Monday to Saturday and any orders made on Sunday will be processed the next working day.

My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

Our products are sent via Royal Mails tracked & signed; if your order is showing as delivered; then it could be that someone at your address has signed for your parcel. If this is not the case; then in your order confirmation email we would have provided you with a tracking number. Contact Royal Mails directly as we are unable to resend any item or items if your order is showing up as delivered. What Is Your Return Policy?

We are not able to accept returns on our homemade soaps, as it is an intimate product & also for sanitary reasons; which we are unable to resell once it leave our facilities. Due to COVID-19 we won't be accepting returns on any other items sold on our site; however, please head over to our contact us page or via email at Zalorahinquiries@gmail.com if you have any problems and we will try to assist you as best as we can.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes You Can

Once you place an order with us you have up to 1 hour to cancel after purchase; however once the 1 hour has passed unfortunately you can't cancel the order. To cancel an order please head over to the contact us section on our website or email us at Zolarahinquiries@gmail.com.

 What Method Do We Use To Ship Our Orders?

All packages are shipped via Royal Mails 2nd Class Signed & Tracked. Your Package at the moment may not always require a signature, due to Covid-19 & social distancing. However if you are not home to receive your parcel Royal Mails will leave a calling card with details on how to gain access to your parcel.

 Do You Offer International Shipping?

We accept Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.

 I Accidentally entered my shipping address incorrectly, what should I do?

If you accidentally provide us with an incorrect shipping address, please email us at Zalorahinquiries@gmail.com or head over to our contact us page as soon as possible. This should be within two hours of placing your order. If you fail to contact us after your order has been shipped unfortunately, we won’t be able to fix the issue.

When Will I Know My Order Has Been Dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched from our facilities, you will be sent a conformation email with your order details and a tracking number; letting you know your order is on the way.

 What Are Opening Hours?

Orders can be made on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to send us an email, we will try our best to reply within 2 working days (but can be sooner, depending on work load). if you contact us on a Sunday we won't respond until the next working day.

How Long Does It Take To Complete A Tote Bag Order?

Because our tote bags are made to order to reduce waste; please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to complete the order. If orders get delayed for any reason; we will send you an email to notify you of this.
